The Migratr installer is *supposed* to check for version 3.5 of the .NET framework, and prompt you to download it if necessary. The installer, for whatever reason, isn't holding up its end on this. If you download & install .NET Framework 3.5 from the Microsoft website, the problem will be fixed:) I’ve actually gotten a couple of reports regarding this over the weekend. Step 4, authenticated the new account, then clicked "Choose folder", and got a nasty "unhandled exception error", which said "couldn't load file or assembly 'System.Core.
