I would suggest to call your credit card company to dispute the cost if they didn’t provide the product as advertised.

Talked to Samantha today, requested a exchange. It all has to go thru Mindy before it gets approved, which means I’ll never get a call back, ill have to keep calling.

Me too. Just talked with a supervisor today who said that they sent me the correct product, but the online photo and description is in the process of being updated. I said that I am not at fault for ordering the product “as descibed” but being sent an “updated version” without my consent. I was told that I would have to send the “updated version” back to them at my expense. I also sent an email to Mindi. I either want the product I ordered or a full refund. I’ve done nothing wrong and am no magician, so I can’t wait till they tell me how it will fit back into the original packaging! Please keep us posted.

same shit happened to me, still waiting on a response from them. I talked to Mindy, said she would look to see if they had any more of the original ones. If they don’t they should at least give a partial refund.
